Judith Wright wins "Outstanding Use of Interior Plants" award
This year's garden theme is 'to live with culture'. As Toronto is a wonderful mix of cultures from around the world, Judith's 'View from Above' design divides the garden space into four gardens representing Toronto's mosaic of people brought together in the city from all corners of the world.
Judith explains "I chose four cultures from the four corners of the world as the basis for my design, from east, west, south and north. The 'South' garden represents the Caribbean shoreline with its craggy rocks, tropical plants, palm trees and ferns. I'm delighted to have received this award for the interior plants in the Caribbean Garden in our View from Above garden."
Judith is also taking part in the Celebrity Flowering Arrangement event on Saturday 3:00 on centre stage at Canada Blooms. See website for more details at www.canadablooms.com.
